Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020 - A message from LiveWell's partners at the University of Kansas.
The KU MSW offers flexible course enrollment options including day, evening and weekend class times, blended class format, which combine online and face-to-face learning, and four different locations throughout the state of Kansas. Additionally, we are proud of our reputation of being the top ranked, longest running & continuously accredited program in Kansas. Applications for the Advanced Standing MSW are now open and due by February 1, 2021.
Additionally, Advanced Standing applicants with an interest in working in integrated health are eligible to apply for the Integrated Health Scholars Program (IHSP). This scholars program provides a value-added educational experience for exceptional MSW clinical students to develop knowledge and skills in integrated mental health, substance use, and primary health care service delivery. Each scholar receives a $10,000 scholarship, a clinical field practicum in a healthcare setting, and will participate in monthly trainings focused on providing interprofessional team-based care in integrated primary and behavioral health.
Applications are available now and due by January 15, 2021. Join us on November 16 to hear from IHSP alumni about their experience in the program.
