LiveWell Northwest Kansas, located in Colby, brings together a network of organizations and individuals to improve access to healthy foods, encourage physical activity and tobacco-free public policies, and create a strong foundation for early childhood development. By harnessing the power of a forward thinking community, we implement initiatives that create progress toward a healthier region.
With almost 40 years of experience improving the lives and communities of northwest Kansas, LiveWell has played a hand in many successful initiatives, including its work in building collaborations that support healthy lifestyles, family development and education.
LiveWell Northwest Kansas has met this ever-pressing need expanding their Attachment Bio-Behavioral Catch-Up (ABC) Home Visiting Program through the Family First Prevention Services Act. With this, LiveWell has two full-time, home based (remote location) positions available.
ABC Home Visitor - North Central Area
Serves Kansas Counties of Decatur, Norton, Sheridan, Graham, Gove and Trego
ABC Home Visitor - West Area
Serves Kansas Counties of Cheyenne, Rawlins, Sherman, Thomas, Wallace and Logan
